My own recipe: Burrito's made of Quinoa. (Normally made of corn). Quinoa is an amazing superfood from Asia. It is very healthy so I just thought I give it a try! You need quinoa seeds, two eggs and herbs for the burrito itself. I topped the burrito with chopped meat, union, paprika, chive and goat cheese. 

Recipe for the quinoa burrito 

>- Cook the quinoa seeds for about twenty minutes.

>- Wait until your quinoa is cooled down and then remove the water from it. I did this by putting all the quinoa in a towel and let the water drip out of it. 

>- Put the Quinoa in a bowl and mix it with two eggs till it's nice and sticky. You can also add some salt, pepper and other spices if you like. 

>-  Make round shapes of it on a griddle with a big spoon. You need to sprinkle some oil on the griddle, otherwise they get stuck on it. Believe me, you don't want that.

>- Put it in the oven (200 degrees) for about 30/40 minutes till the burritos have a nice brown and crispy look.

>- Take the burritos out of the oven and let them cool down for a few minutes. Remove them from the griddle and add your own topping to it.
