Today I baked fries made of SWEET POTATOES. It is very easy, healthy and delicious. I LOVED IT. For one person you just need one sweet potato. Easy to remember isn't it?! I made them in the oven with rosemary, salt, olive oil and pepper. If you are used to the 'normal' fries this can be quite a shock because it tastes really different. But, it's worth the try! Different can be very good sometimes.

Recipe for the sweet fries

>- Preheat the oven to 220 degrees

>- Peel, rinse and dry the potatoes

>- Cut the potatoes in the shape you like. I did the 'french fries' way

>- Toss them into a bowl and add the olive oil and herbs you want to use. I used rosemary, pepper, thyme and salt

>- Throw the fries in a baking dish and put it in the oven for about an half hour if you want them to be really crispy. I like that a lot, but that depends on your own taste
